<p>I am sure that only International Students received e-mail notification to ensure that they heard of a decision prior to Friday.</p>
<p>Is anyone who got accepted or just applied alumni? Does that actually help you at all?</p>
<p>I think Verynaughty, as his/her username implies, is playing a trick on us and there are no emails…why use an email when they have the portal. Also, im ****ed at my mailman because my mail came at 11 today (unusually early) and a friend of mine who lives in the same area as me got mail from a school I was also accepted too and i didnt get mail. Therefore my impatient mailman left before all my mail was ready to be delivered :,(</p>
<p>I received an email today and im an international student!</p>
<p>Wait not getting an email means I’m screwed?</p>
<p>Got in cas honors program. Does anyone have any info on that?</p>
<p>@iceman101 no you’re fine since you’re national I presume?</p>
<p>north jersey</p>
<p>@mmac868 what are your stats</p>
<p>I got accepted and don’t have an email. Not to worry guys</p>

Other
State (if domestic applicant):Connecticut
Country (if international applicant):
School Type: Competitive Jesuit prep school

Hooks (URM, first generation college, etc.): I’m technically first generation from Cuba but both parents did go to college. Demonstrated business interest. Graduating from a Jesuit school. I live in Newtown?
Reflection
Strengths: SATs were good, although math seemed a little low. I’m taking the hardest possible schedule for senior year. GPA has increased every year, lot’s of extracurriculars.
Weaknesses: SAT IIs were a little weak except for Math I. GPA is pretty good but not elite. No real leadership positions in clubs or sports.
Why you think you were accepted/deferred/rejected: Good scores from a Jesuit school that has a good relationship with BC
Where else are you applying or have already applied: ND, Georgetown (deferred), UMich, Fordham (got in w/ full ride), Indiana (accepted into Kelley),UTexas, USC, Villanova, NYU, UCONN, UVA.
General Comments/Advice/Hindsight:I’m genuinely surprised I got in early. I seemed to be on the cusp of what they generally accept into BC and these Naviance stats include applying to not just Carroll.</p>
<p>I got mine, and I am from Central Jersey</p>
<p>Did anyone from Florida get a letter today. We have nothing.</p>
