Where in Texas, if you don’t mind my asking? I’m in Houston, and haven’t heard anything yet…

I hope it gets here today!

in houston too! hope you get yours soon!

Can accepted people activate their account?

damn, still nothing from Brown. Ah well, hopefully monday.

I was accepted and nothing has changed with my online account. Also shyrazn, there were only a few sheets of paper included, one counting the transferable credit hours… I didn’t apply for financial aid but would assume that they would send out the aid materials in the same package

i’m from los angeles, and i just got my acceptance in the mail today. i’ll still probably go to cornell though…

alx9208 - I got my package in the mail today too, and it did contain the financial aid info as well.
Question for everybody accepted: Do you think it’s okay if we start calling to find out how if they received the final transcript/find out how many hours are being transferred etc? I also have a few things I would like to get settled with the whole credits issue, but it may be a bit too soon, and they might send us more info in the near future that’ll answer the questions.

To the people who have been accepted can you activate your account on here [Brown University // activate.brown.edu](http://activate.brown.edu/files/activate/?)

shyrazn–I may wait just a few days as I’m sure they’re still getting tons of calls concerning applications, acceptances etc… By midweek however I can’t see any problem with calling…

So wait, could I just try to activate my account, and if it works I’ve been accepted? This is the link I’m talking about - MyAccount;

It didn’t work, so I guess I wasn’t accepted? Do we have a consensus on that?

arcadefire, i wouldn’t worry just yet… i can’t seem to activate my account either.

I’m trying to activate my account. I received my acceptance letter on Friday. Anyone know where I can get the 9-character ID number?

I’m pretty sure you can’t get it yet… I’m sure that once they confirm you’re coming they will send you instructions on how to activate the account and your id number as well

got in!!!

i just called. rejected.

how can I check it online? cannot find the link to view my online account T_T

Denied. I knew it would happen, my high school stats were awful, but it still comes as a major disappointment.

Hey, I’m not sure how it’ll work, but does anybody want to make a facebook group for this? It’ll be a great way for us to get in contact with each other, and I’m up for that.
