We always face the problem of seeing more “accepted” than usual on College Confidential, due to accepted members being more inclined to post than those who were not accepted. Posters who add their names to this thread list simply promise to report their ED admission results within a few days after they receive them. You do not have to post your application data if you do not wish to–simply “accepted”, “deferred”, or “rejected” will suffice. The idea is to be able to measure Brown-CC-poster admission results while avoiding the potential bias that might result when applicants post their results on CC only after they know of their success. Thanks for participating and good luck to you all! I’ll get the ball rolling (copy the list to your reply post and add your name)

[Copied this from the Cornell one. I also saw it on the Princeton, Harvard, and other threads. It’s true. We need more results up.]

^ I disagree. Making it this early will only cause people to spam it up with things such as “Good luck guys… LOL”. We want to create a stats thread that is well organized so that it can benefit the classes to come. I doubt that mindless posts such as the afore mentioned would accomplish that goal.
