<p>It is starting to get to my daughter, so I am focused on what we do know and what is possible with those options. She was accepted at Sonoma yesterday, undeclared, they don’t really have the program she wants. So far accepted at 3 of 6, and of course waiting for her number 1 college. Hard to believe all the energy we have spent in waiting, some good lessons here. No amount of checking, pacing or questioning any of this will change the outcome and their process. 8-} </p>
<p>Definitely a lesson learned. My daughter is still waiting on San Diego and UOP, but I know that CPSLO is her number 1. I’m not crazy about San Diego, but UOP would be nice (and close to home!!). I have heard good things about Sonoma…and I love the area! Where else did your daughter apply?</p>

<p>@CDSMOM She has been accepted at Chico, Humboldt and waiting for SDSU & Sac, pretty sure she has decided Sac is out…she is not a big city girl and we are also not crazy about SDSU. Her order is CP , Chico, Humboldt.</p>

<p>@CDSMOM - We heard from UOP awhile back - when did your daughter apply? S got in to Civil Engineering there - 3.85 UW, 2160 SAT - good ECs. It is a great school - I went there and loved it. The CO-Op program for engineering is the best. They get the job interviews lined up for you and make it easy to get good co-op jobs. My husband hires co-ops at his company and we keep in touch with the students. What major is your daughter? All the classes are smaller and the professors really get to know you. We’ve been back many times to visit and the campus has had some great additions. Anyway, the campus life is good and Stockton is kind of removed from the school. Good luck!</p>
<p>I really wish that they had a set date like Berkeley or Yale where everyone finds out at the same time, so some of us not accepted yet would be able to relax instead of think of the possibility that we are going to be rejected. GOD I HATE THIS
