<p>I posted this before (really miss those post #'s). From personal experience with S who was denied ME last year…something is NOT as transparent as CP wants us to believe. Maybe they have resorted to a lottery, or an elimination of those suspected of using CP as a safety school. S had high stats. His HS school Naviance account which included 3 years of data showed NO rejections of students with the same stats (Naviace does not section out by major). S was the one and only red X on the Naviance graph. A noticeable number of decisions seem much more holistic than objective.</p>
<p>CP has been chastised for an perceived lack of diversity…this probably figures into the oddities we are seeing.</p>

<p>Found out that I was put on the waitlist for political science today.
SAT: 1820 (SAT II US History 640, Lit 580)
ACT: 24 yikes haha
I have 7 APs (5 right now; 3 honor classes, b/c that was my school’s former underclassmen system) (3 on APUSH and 3 on AP English Language.)
And a CSU 3.9 GPA, 3.71 UW, I usually received mostly A’s and a few B’s. I only received a C in Algebra 2 my sophomore year, but I got A’s in math analysis and recently go a B+ in calc AB.
Good ECs ASB, student council, French Club, Red Cross, church youth counselor and I work with my congresswoman.
Accept to Riverside, SDSU, SJSU, and SFSU.</p>

<p>@santacuz1 and @Texasbound I was accepted for business two Tuesdays ago (February 20). To my knowledge, that is the only day they have released decisions for freshman applicants that declared business. I have a few other friends who were accepted for business that day as well, but I also have friends that are still waiting to hear back. Best of luck to both of you guys!</p>
<p>P.S. For reference, my acceptance post was on page 43. I believe a good number of other business admits posted right around there too.</p>
