<p>hook: recs? i liked my essays, my counselor wanted to read my Penn essay to her paretns who live in Philly
-I came to the US when I was 8
-good interview, my interviewer said that i reminded her of her daughter (who's at penn)
but i think my biggest hook was probably that they could hear desperation in my apps and took pity on me and let me in</p>

In the end, acceptance or rejection will become equally valuable for you.</p>
