It still hasn't hit me that I'll be attending Yale freaking College / University. No matter how tough it's been for me this past year and a half I didn't think this could be possible. CONGRATS TO ALL! Hope to see you all at Bulldog Days! GO YALE! SCREW HARVARD!

Hard to believe ... now the game has only started ... time to really study!

Copied this format over from another thread.

[] Teacher Recs: Very good
[] Counselor Rec: Extremely good
[] Interview: Alumni -- It was weird, but I didn't think it was bad... Student-- extremely good, and she was excited about the fact that I did web design, saying Yale didn't have enough website designers on campus.
[li] Hook (if any): Thought Girl Scouts / Web Design would've helped, but it didn't.
[/li]

[/ul]Location/Person:[ul]
[] State or Country: MA
[] School Type: Extremely small, elite public school--feeder school for Harvard (4/145 got in this year); sends dozens to top schools each year

[/ul]Other Factors: Yale has serious issues with my school--no one's gotten in in six years, and that person was a huuuge legacy. My GC warned me last year that no matter how qualified I was, I wouldn't get in--I probably should've listened to her, since applying EA to Yale instead of Penn, Harvard, Dartmouth, etc really screwed me over RD.

General Comments/Congratulations/etc: Congrats on those who got in! Not gonna lie, I'm pretty jealous. I'm headed to Duke though (probably), so all is well. xD
