If I'd made predictions ahead of time, I would've said that I'd be accepted to Northwestern and to Mizzou, which I was.

Since I got in to NU ED, I didn't apply anywhere else, but if I would have, my predictions would be . . .

Wash U - accepted
NYU - accepted
Syracuse - accepted
Miami Ohio - accepted
UIUC - accepted
USC - no idea
Johns Hopkins - no idea
Columbia - no idea

Unfortunately, I didn't get to apply to those other places and see how the decisions turned out.

Cornell - Rejected
Boston College - Rejected
UMich - No idea. Can be accepted or rejected.
UIUC - Accepted
UVa - Rejected
Rochester - Accepted
UMass - Accepted
Boston U - Accepted

U of Toronto (Canada) - Rejected
UBC (Canada) - Accepted
SFU (Canada) - Accepted

I'm prepared to be rejected by USC or Miami, but I think I have a stronger chance at Miami so....
Predictions:
USC: Accepted/rejected
Miami:accepted
Northeastern: accepted

OU: already accepted.

I'll attend Northeastern most likely if I don't get in to USC or Miami which are my 1st 2 choices.

Hopefully:
Brown-reject, not sure if they'll do it outright or waitlist first
Berkeley-accept
Bryn Mawr-accept
NYU-accept
Santa Cruz-accept
Davis-accept
Cornell-I really hope I'm accepted there, but who knows.
Stanford-reject
Princeton-reject
Middlebury-probably reject

Wow... stroking my inferiority complex even more ;_; ...

HVRD - REJECTION... (I bet they'll even send me a two page personal letter telling me how funny my "joke application" was...
MIT - Rejection + a pretty, designer postcard about my great sense of humor
Columbia - REJECTION without a personal letter
JHU - REJECTION, no comment
NYU - Perhaps... hope .... no.... Faintest glimmer

Harvard, Yale, MIT - probably rejected, maybe waitlist but unlikely
U Penn, Wash U. in St. Louis, JHU, Northwestern - hopefully admit
Cornell, NYU, Emory - admit

Case Western, Univ. of IL - Urbana - already admitted

If everything turns out as above, I'll probably end up at either JHU or U Penn...

brandeis - accepted
brown - rejected/maybe waitlist
carnegie mellon - accepted to HSS but not to SCS
stanford - Rejected
university of rochester - already in
yale - rejected

Northwestern University - Rejected
New York University - Accepted
Columbia University - Rejected
Boston University - Accepted
Northeastern University - Accepted
Pace University - Accepted
Fordham University - Accepted
University of Connecticut - Accepted
St. John's University - Accepted

"EAD only arrogant pricks predict that they will be accepted to college"
huh?

already:
evergreen state college - accepted w/scholarship
university of washington w/honors -accepted and accepted (fin aid TBD)
university of puget sound - accepted w/scholarship

predictions:
wesleyan - rejected (they're all hip and hipstery, I probably seemed too nerdy for them. and my interview was weird, which probably made me seem socially awkward too. )

carleton - not making a prediction because I don't want to jinx it!

swarthmore - waitlisted (my interview went amazingly well and my recs were amazing too and etc. etc. etc. but getting into swarthmore is kind of like getting in to harvard IMO, I can't believe I actually have a good shot. so I'll go with the middle ground.)

uc berkeley - rejected (my 500 word essay was literally a bulleted list of random things about me that I thought were interesting/important because I was tired of writing *****ing college essays and dealing with word limits. If I hadn't been ELC I would've tried more. plus I'm yet another white girl who wants to major in psychology. whoops)

uc santa cruz - accepted (ELC woot! and even though I slacked because of that, my small essays were still pretty darn good.)

barnard - well a few months ago I would've said rejected but they sent me a letter a month ago asking me to resend all of my fin aid info because they lost it, which is apparently a good sign (them requesting it, that is :-D) so now I don't know what to think.

reed - accepted, but will crap out on fin aid (I've been on their radar for a while, and my why reed essay was unique, to say the least.)
