I am also fairly talented at writing.

[] Strengths: prepared my app very well: sent in supplemental material highlighting an article written about me in Girls State newsletter, sent in extremely thorough 4-page academic resume, wrote letter about my interest in their college in paper & on midyear report, kept up senior year grades-sort of (2 B's, 5 A's), took most rigorous courses available, sent in 3 teacher recs from people who know me very well, won plenty of awards/honors and did a hell of a lot of EC's and work (workaholism, can't help it....)
[] Weaknesses: had somewhat low GPA and unusual grade dips, did not have an upward grade trend on my transcript
[li] Why you think you were accepted/wait listed/denied: I think I nailed my essay down very well. My workaholism showed through my resume and EC's, and I definitely demonstrated tons of interest. I think my debate experience also demonstrated that I like hardcore intellectualism. [/li][/ul]Other Factors: Residential advantage (from NE)
General Comments/Congratulations/Venting/Commiserations,etc: Another bonus to attending this school: my school colors haven't changed from high school to college. Yaaaay Maroon!
