<p>lje62: Yup, my d got no merit either; we kind of knew that they wanted FA forms for merit awards....it really did not sit well with my husband; so he didn't want to fill them out; thought it was ridiculous...</p>
<p>as it turns out, this is the only school so far my d did not get merit aid (totally unexpected $$ at most of her schools).....that will not make her decision, but I'm sure it will not be ignored.....</p>
<p>Grants are great...anything is if you don't have to pay it back.
Had they let me know back before the financial aid deadlines, it would have been more feasable.</p>
