Here we go. With letters hopefully coming to everyone on Monday, I figured this thread was appropriate.

Don't forget to remove the spaces from the template.

So basically, if there is a space between two brackets, remove it. Be sure not to miss any. If you miss a space, your thread will look awkward; go back and edit your post (you can do so in the bottom right hand corner)."

[*] Other thoughts: Hooray! But I'm not sure if I want to go to school in Nashville or not. It's so close to home. The 90+% of financial aid and scholarships is very tempting. [/ul]

First of all, congrats to accepted students, but I'm going to give you a little technical advice so you will ultimately sound more "Vandyish" than others in the future. Just as UVa doesn't have freshmen, sophomores, etc., but instead has first years, second years, etc., there is a little technicality you all need to be aware of for Vanderbilt. I don't want to sound too haughty as S schooled me on this after I made the mistake several years back - Vanderbilt does not have a college of Arts and Sciences, its Arts and Science. Just want to make sure you are talking the correct lingo!
