I’ve been reading all these threads for the past fews days as I start to really freak out about decisions! Haha tonight I literally checked Agora every half hour, not expecting anything just out of nervousness. I have a slightly bad feeling that I’m going to be deferred because I’m worried I don’t really stand out enough (white upper middle class girl from massachusetts), but my counselor said I should be fine because I have great stats (although not compared to a lot of you ) and recs and stuff. Sorry to rant a little, I’m just worried haha. Anyway, just wanted to wish everyone good luck!!

um SAT: 2130 or 1430

i’m pretty much just worred because of my demographic, but I didn’t apply for financial aid, do you think that will help?

Dear bcmd1016 : Boston College is need blind. In other words, the application readers have absolutely no idea whether or not you have applied for financial aid and further, they have no idea what your financial requirements might be if you had applied for aid.

Dear pba2011 : Yes, decisions are all postal mailed to applicants.

I just called the Boston College Undergraduate Admissions office. They said that the EA 2015 decisions are being mailed this afternoon. I asked if the Agora Portal is going to be modified for acceptees and the response was no.
