<p>OK, SS still has no word, but he did get a letter encouraging him to apply for the honors program. They wouldn’t send that and then reject him, right? Right??? (Sorry, I just get nervous when I hear the cautionary tales about kids with good scores, etc., being rejected.) It’s been almost 8 weeks now.</p>
<p>i also got that letter! its makes me nervous as well. All my friends who have been accepted have gotten that letter about two weeks before they were accepted.</p>

<p>S submitted honors and scholars app just prior to mid December deadline (for priority decision date), but has not heard anything yet. We are instate.</p>
<p>S also applied to H & S before the Dec. 15 date. According to website we will hear on that the end of January. He got his regular admittance Nov. 24th (applied Oct. 27). More waiting… Hoping to hear on scholarships any day now. Seems like people are starting to get that. Fingers crossed! :-)</p>
