<p>This is my first -and probably final- post on College Confidential. I have spent so much time reading what has been posted on here. The results threads for African-Americans has been especially helpful to me, and to contribute to future stressed-out studentā€™s research, I am posting my stats.</p>

    Young, black and gifted: If you are posting on this thread, you are the aforementioned! Congrats to those accepted, and to those rejected or deferred; you are amazing and will end up at a great school where Iā€™m sure youā€™ll thrive!!!</p>

<p>A word of advice to future applicants: On the Common App when you are listing extra curricular, order them in terms of how important they are to you! Best decision I may have ever made. Also, donā€™t buy into these things too much. Yes, they are helpful and fairly accurate, but donā€™t stop believing in yourself!</p>
