<p>@jruth96 there isnt a specific order, admissions at michigan has consistently said the waves are random with decisions!!! dont worry!!! stay optimistic :)</p>
<p>Umich sends emails in waves because if they send it all at once, their system might crash from the sheer number of applicants.</p>
<p>@mpgh000 that’s now how email servers work. They might be trying to spread out the load on WA, but the emails could be going out so much faster than this.</p>
