** Official Class of 2018 University of Michigan EA Decisions Thread **

@ivanov2014, I think that’s true for schools that require their own application, but if you apply through the Common App wouldn’t your transcript already be uploaded?

Bond…transcripts come straight from the high school. They are not part of the common app.

Our school didn’t let us send transcripts to the common app. Apparently, there are some glitches in the system, so we have to send the transcripts directly to each school. Are we the only ones who had to do that?..

My school made everyone use parchment and send it directly to the colleges through parchment. If the school wasn’t on parchment, we had to pay the school to send it directly to the college.

Our transcripts will not be even available to students until the end of winter break, and our winter break started this friday. Our GC uploads it directly to common app

Got into Rutgers NB and deferred to university of Illinois and now waiting on umich.

Everyone calm down about it. Its just undergrad. Here we worrying about some damn college yet there kids out there worrying to put food on table. Be grateful anyways hope you all get in.

holla, fellow MIT rejects

“Please note that no walk-in advising will be available at the U-M Admissions Office on Friday, December 20 from 12-3 p.m.”

p sure we’re looking at Friday for the first wave (and then the following 3 days), but at my ann arbor school there are still some Sunday rumors

@startwithm, by “some Sunday rumors” do you mean Sunday the 22nd… or tomorrow?!

lol i’m hoping that they see i already got rejected and just accept me out of pity T_T

I mean the Sunday tomorrow, but–even with so many parents working for the university–I haven’t heard any evidence

do you guys think Michigan would send out rejections first and then acceptances or both at the same time

Hey everyone,
I’ve been stalking this thread for a while and I finally have decided to post.
Anyway, decisions were released yesterday for the graduate school. A friend of mine got his decisions yesterday. That’s the graduate school though. I just thought that I would throw that info out there in case it helps any.

I don’t know if this happened to any of you but when i live chatted one of the representatives, I asked “Does the date you applied affect when your decision will be released” she then asked for umich ID and responded with “You will be one of the first to be notified”

I can’t tell if this bs or not.

@benh10 what was the date you sent in your app?

October 15

2 Years aago my sister got her acceptance via email December 16 at around 5 pm. She submitted her application on Nov.1 at 11:55 pm rofl and was still considered early applicant so I dont tthink when you submit yours matters.

Bump thread

Odds that the decision date gets delayed?

Very little
