@ebonhawke I feel your pain. I live in KC, so people are always saying, “Oh, so you’re from Kansas!” (Not that it’s a bad thing, just irritating.) But our decisions probably won’t roll out for another hour or so, so I’m going to “study for finals” by watching a “documentary” on Netflix.
Did anyone who was accepted get phone calls from the admissions office shortly before like the ED applicants did? I’m guessing not since nobody posted that they did.
for those who got accepted. did you get an email about your acceptance?
@palm715 I see some overlap between your D’s list and mine. In addition to applying EA to Northeastern, mine also has been awarded Presidential and Honors at Temple.
Deferred MA psychology major, 4.0 gpa, 2080 SAT, strong ECs including committee member on town appointed task force against discrimination
Deferred from NJ; 3.93 uw, 4.52 w. They’re basically deferring people because of standardized tests. Got an 1880
Can anyone explain what getting differed means in terms of acceptances last years etc.? Are my chances lower? Why are they differing people with amazing stats?
@avaed98 Congratulations on your full scholarship! Do you mind posting your stats?
did you get an email about your acceptance?
@palm715 As long as we don’t get another 110 inches of snow this winter, Bostonians will feel happy!
I was accepted into the honors college with a GPA of 4.7/5.3, SAT of 2230, ACT of 32 and 8 AP credits! Best of luck to everyone!
Psh, you’re not being serious. Go back to tipping cows.
Where at in KC? I’m in Overland Park on the Kansas side.
Wait can we use a proxy if we are in california to see our decision right now???
Has anyone in maryland gotten a response?
^^^^ same from Colorado
anyone in florida??
Has anyone from Illinois/Midwest heard yet??
Vermont anyone?
deferred in MA… 31 ACT, 3.6 UW, 4.1W
Ok I’m confused…do they reject anyone EA or is it all deferrals if they aren’t accepted?
