Official Class of 2020 Northeastern University Early Decion/Early Action Discussion

Over here trying to study for AP Chem midterm

It’s asking me for a mid year report which is really confusing since my finals are this week and grades won’t be finalized and my counselor has to send them in January. Is this a defferal?

@heisenberg2016 that’s what confused me too cause my Counselor said she doesn’t send the mid year report out until January

@SoCcErTrAcK2016 sorry, but if you got 20k/year, how is NU expecting you to contribute 50k+? It doesn’t cost over $70,000 to attend.

@kaatherinee Mechanical Engineering.

@AnneKatherine Thanks! Good luck on yours!

Do they release decisions on the hour?

@novafan1225 his Estimated contribution is $50. He got $20, so he still has to pay $30k, too much for his family.

It is kinda embarrassing to their CS department that they don’t release them all at once like other schools. How hard can it be to make that happen?

@novafan1225 I guess that was a bit confusing, sorry!.. if I attend we’d be paying about 45k out of pocket. The figure that I was referring to is at the bottom of the financial aid sheet- what they calculated my family would be able to contribute had I not received any aid whatsoever
