<p>Lots of talk here. Beware of coaches and taking too much time to consider!! my s is through the process but coaches were tremendously impossible. lies before we went as to what the offer would be, offers pulled before end of signing without warning because money gone, deadlines to sign or the money will be gone, etc. My s got stuck between a rock(a future visit already scheduled) and a nice cushy pillow place (the best offer at the best (of 4) school but with a 24 hour deadline) and of course took the nice cushy pillow place (great commitment). So, the school that got cancelled is now expecting us to reimburse the plane ticket expense for cancelling. Meanwhile, one of the other coaches called to cancel their offer, another who promised an offer of more than books then only offered books, etc. I think everyone got jobbed on this deal and I don’t have the money or the inclination to reimburse. But I don’t know if there is a precedence for this, there certainly wasn’t an agreement of such. Anyone have any specific knowledge here?</p>
