<p>Hey everyone! I made this account just so I could comment on here! </p>
<p>So… like everyone else, I really wish I knew the definite date we’ll be hearing from Columbia. I’m FREAKING OUT about it. The applicant pool is so incredibly talented and gifted that almost everyone is qualified for admissions, and that’s what makes me nervous! I feel like with other schools it’s pretty easy to tell who will get in and who won’t (higher GPAs, test scores, the standard stuff), but since basically everyone applying to Columbia hovers around a 4.0 and has test scores above 1400 SAT or 32 ACT, other things are going to set us apart. This is what stresses me out SO BADLY. How do we know what the school is looking for this year? Nerve-wracking.</p>
<p>Anyway, good luck to everyone! I can’t wait to hear who all is accepted! (…and I really hope I’m one of them! haha)</p>
<p>It never ceases to impress me how unfailingly anxious prospects start blowing up at each other as they close in on the day their letter arrives.</p>

<p>Wiatlist, thank you. For everyone else you dont know how wrong you are. I applied in 09?! Please. And I viewed all these posts one of them said lets focus on COLUMBIA and he or she is right. Ive been after Columbia for 5 years Ive sacrificed a lot for that school. So I have a big crush on Columbia and love that school the summer program tied the note. For you people to be making comments like these your logic is stupid first of all wombatlikewoah, my private councilor who was an admissions officer told me that.</p>

<p>Yo, guys. I think the e-mail is mistaken. Columbia09 says decisions are coming out December 18th, so it must be true. Don’t believe the lies Columbia University is feeding us in official e-mails.</p>
