@jq3322 I think you have a chance! But getting into these schools is crazy hard no matter what, so don’t beat yourself up too much. It’s really just like winning the lottery.
@jq3322: Honestly, I think your SAT is too low for Ivy’s and nothing really stands out to me. SATs play a big factor as it is the only way colleges are able to look at everyone on the same level. Your college GPA is good though. Yes, there’s that “chance,” but basically that chance is there if you have done something really incredible or have some amazing background story.

Last night I could not sleep at all and just kept rolling around and trying to smother myself with my pillow. Then I watched some college acceptance/rejection videos on youtube until they got me depressed enough to fall asleep lmao.
I just keep thinking of all the flaws in my application, and everything I should have changed or included. I’m losing it.

@deepcountrygirl I feel you. I totally have been watching decision videos too and I think in a way they’ve helped me accept a rejection a bit better. If i get rejected it simply wasn’t meant to be beneficial for me in the long run, so I guess I’ll try to be thankful for the opportunity to at least try. If this happens I’ll just hope I can get in to the college that I am meant to be at
