**Official Cooper Union Class of 2017 ED/RD**

It’s monday but did anyone hear anything yet? They MIGHT’ve started sending emails today.

Ahhhhh I’ve been on edge all week!!! Waiting for arch decisions is killer  it sounds like other groups received letters within close time of receiving emails, does that sound about right?? I wonder if that means letters have been mailed :o

Alright.
So far, all of the acceptances I’ve heard of for engineering received their priority acceptance letters the same day they received their emails.
Same for art.
So I’m really just hoping that they were all mailed on different days.

I just checked the snail mail, nothing from Cooper. In other words, either I’m not accepted, or nothing is happening until Monday at the earliest.

… I’m really hoping for the latter of the two haha… Any updates from other Arch applicants??

Nope. Haven’t heard of any arch decisions at all.
On the other hand, many accepted art applicants have been hearing about their acceptances recently (much later than when the emails first came out)…
hmm… . . … . … . . . . .

@lanvin

Did they get an email in the first place? And by acceptances do you mean acceptance or rejection or both?

By acceptances, I mean acceptances. Most of the people who posted about their decision on the day the art emails were released were rejected. Many acceptances are just writing about it now… I’m not sure whether they were informed from the email or mail.

Tomorrow is the day guys!! Who else isn’t sleeping a wink tonight? :)

Are they still deliberating or something? It’s taking them quite a while…

Anyone hear back from cooper? arch decisions are coming out soon (if not already out)

I haven’t received anything…

Nothing… :(

I just got the email, I was denied

Denied.I HATE. EVERYTHING. TEARS.

… So, anyone else taking the NJIT route?? :)

Hey everyone, I haven’t got any news from Cooper Union. No e-mails and my mailing address in US still hasn’t received anything. Should I be worried?

Joevint52, i’m going to NJIT for architecture!

Daughter got in engineering but doesn’t want to attend. Feeling very frustrated. The admitted student reception was nice but hectic, to be expected from such a small school. Reasons she doesn’t want to go: NYC a bit too much for a Texas girl, no chance at a minor like international relations (its all engineering), school clubs didn’t exist for her varied interests, room and board situation scary for such an expensive city (only one year guaranteed with no food service). She’s fine with NYC as a tourist but no as a young resident who’s from Texas suburbia. Oh well, GWU is her choice. With her merit aid its about $9000 more per year than the $20000 to be spent on room and board in NYC.

Has anyone in engineering heard about the wait list? Tia!
