<p>Hi! As the early deadline approaches, I wanted to start a thread where all the early applicants can discuss & ask questions about the early decision process!</p>
<p>Which major/school are you guys applying under?</p>
<p>AAP-art for me! I’m so afraid posting on this will jynx me, but I guess we’ve got to find a place to be nervous together, right?

<p>CAS for me, the only logical thing for me to do.</p>
<p>Human Ecology, pretty much done with my application.</p>
<p>Im applying to CAS for a china and asia-pacific studies major</p>
<p>CAS political science major most likely!! I’m glad cornell only requires one supplemental essay</p>

<p>Applying to ILR and will probably wait till the last minute to press “submit”.</p>
<p>^same on waiting till the last minute. I’ll probably check everything over at least 10 times before I’ll be able to handle clicking “submit”</p>
<p>I have mixed feelings about only having one essay… I wish I was able to tell Cornell more about myself, but then again the more questions they ask the more stressful the application gets. Haha so maybe for the sake of my sanity it is good that we only have one essay after all.</p>

I have a little bit over but its really hard to cut down…</p>

<p>Mine is just over 500 words. The general consensus is that you should be fine</p>
<p>My son submitted his ED app to HumEc, program in Human Development last night. The commitment is scary! Good luck all! Btw, does anyone know the exact date (if there is one) that acceptances etc are sent? </p>
