Official Cornell Early Decision Class of 2018

I’m just hoping I get flat out rejected tomorrow. Deferral is just going to be an agonizing wait with an unfortunate end. I’m clearly an optimist.

The first 3 digits of my pin are 666 lmao…

@hippoman I’m just curled up with my pathology binder and blanket studying for my final tomorrow. I’m surprisingly much less anxious than I thought I would be. Y’all should go get some tea and a nice book or something.

Also, I barely have the computer skills necessary to properly format a word document, so… :P

@grahamw12 you are definitely world’s biggest jerk for making this up. i get that we all sound hilariously desperate on this post but that was uncalled for.

Then you’ll be accepted because 6+6+6 is 18 and if you subtract 2 (the number of L’s in Cornell and also the first letter of Lucifer) you’ll get 16, which is the day we find out. Congrats! lol

was anyone not able to get the to do list. Else I think the to-do list shows up for everyone.

@bizmajorlar
You have One right here!!!
That’s why I intend to get on it early and keep clicking refresh until something shows

@singinsweetii I dunno, I thought the “And, yes, this post is based on 100% scientific fact.” was pretty darn funny.

Hippoman, let us know how it goes, but be careful, haha.

I’m with ideabear and the others-- we’ve worked hard for four years, waited for six weeks, and if we can make it past the next twenty hours we’ll be done. We’ll know.

Kinda freaking out regretting that I logged on on that link, but since it can be found through browsing I am just trying to convince myself nothing bad will happen. I don’t honestly see anything wrong with it but I really wish I hadn’t taken the chance. Ugh.

@ideabear I’m cuddled up with my puppies, green tea and Sylvia plath  except I keep coming back to cc out of nervousness :p

It’s obviously not a big deal. Everyone gets through to the to-do list, and it’s on an easily accessed, publicly available website.

@yalesoon Yeah, that’s all besides my obsessive refreshing of this thread :stuck_out_tongue:

I got some Sylvia Plath for my younger sister for her birthday a few weeks ago. I picked out Yeats for myself though. I hope to crack it open over winter break!

EDIT: and of course, classical radio.

Agreed. No code was altered and no legitimate conclusion arrived from it. We’re all fine.

do you think this thread will hit 2000 posts?

She is my favorite  I’m actually reading her biography right now because I have a feeling I’m getting a bajillion books for Christmas so I’m trying to catch up on my reading d:

but if the link that i posted doesnt work, then why does it have incomplete, or complete next to the things that i need to do for the 2014 school year. when you click to do list regularly, none of that information shows ( what you have to complete and what not)… so it obviously works…

I’m so irritated I haven’t had time for reading. I was halfway through both Crime and Punishment and Atlas Shrugged before I got totally swamped by senior year. I plan on finishing both over winter break. And ditto on Christmas. But hey, you can never have too many books, right?

Crime and Punishment is one of my all-time favorites. Dostoevsky’s writing is beautiful.

Same here, school ruins everything ;p atlas shrugged is on my to-read list, I loved the fountainhead!
