<p>Varsity cross country and lacrosse, about 100 hours of community service, a couple of clubs, and some summer business programs at Drexel. They’re really not that spectacular, but I guess my curriculum and “fit” got me in. Good Luck!</p>

<p>anyways I will be applying to other hotel schools around the world…including my original plan of studying in Europe. </p>

I don’t think I had a particularly hard schedule, but that’s mainly in relation to the HYP-bound kids with 17 APs at my school. Is this an omen for really, really horrible things to come?</p>

<p>Ny0rker, I was really surprised when you didn’t get in and I feel for you. I urge you to consider UVA, I loved my visit there, they have the #1 ranked business school, and I think you have a great shot at getting in. Boston College was another really good business program that I liked a lot. I’m not saying that any of them can replace Cornell, but there are a lot of great schools out there that anybody would be lucky to attend.</p>
