<p>Treeee: They forgot to tell you… that being from NY helps!!! Since a lot of schools have agreements with Cornell they admit more students in the state!</p>

<p>It may help, I go to a Community college 30 minutes from Cornell. But they have a holistic approach to reviewing applications.</p>
<p>Man. I am really tired of this. Coz my mom wants me to go on vacation to Paris, France with her in mid January. If I got admitted, I will not be able to go to France. Argh!!! </p>
<p>Maybe I will just start planning for my trip and forget about this admission stuff. But I will bring my application with me and, with some luck, perhaps I will be able to get admitted into a top school there and neutralize into French. I will marry a beautiful French girl and eat croissant anf French fries for the rest of my life … sounds like a good reason to forget about Cornell. lol :D</p>

<p>Ok good news guys. Being the obnoxious anxious impatient person i am… i called again lol.
Basically theres still some spots left and acceptances are still being made. Most decisions will be sent in a week or two.</p>

<p>Ah figured out the great mystery of the decisions over the phone at cals. Erica will most probably check for you whereas victoria will not. I think erica works in the mornings… lol this shows how many times i called</p>

i didn’t get a decision yet but when i called yesterday i was told i can expect one friday.

bt i already went through the ‘■■■ i’m rejected’ stage so even if i end up being rejected i think i can handle it fairly nonchalantly.</p>
