Official Cornell Transfer 2011

John - I got 1 C and 2 Bs… Terrible terrible.
I’m going for it with my eyes closed!

Carotene: i fell you, i only got C in c++ because it was my first time and it took me time to understand it. My professor was not so good. For me, I am making sure my recommendation and essay very good. Do mind if you tell me what college in cornell you applying to. HAVE ANYONR SUBMIT THEIR FALL COLLEGE APPLICATION FOR CORNELL…

@john123: I submitted all the stuffs last week in and they already received everything, definitely faster than i expected, thanks to UPS. Engineering is really tough to get in but we all need to give it a shot. Dont worry too much about your programming course and GPA. You cannot change it, so try hard to make your other documents shine.

Hi John, I guess that makes 2 of us who are in not in strong positions but is still giving it a shot! You know, the only reason why I’m applying is cos I only learned of my grades AFTER I finish writing my long essays, so I figured why waste it!

I’m applying to CALS. You?

Count me in for the “not-too-strong group” too!
that makes 3 of us now…

Who have submit their application…

please… keep this thread alive

Question for CALS: is the college instructor evaluation form required? I know a reference is from a professor, dean, or advisor, but CALS’s site never mentions it requires the form.

call them to make sure. But I am certain that college instructor is required… it is required for engineering.

John: I’m submitting both, though my college official doesn’t even know me.

I see. I am submitting mine next week

Has anyone applied to ILR, I just did.

Don’t think so

John - is your GPA competitive you think for Cornell ?

carotene: I guess soo, 3.360, with C in c++, it was my first time. But I have done physics research,my essay is awesome, my recommendation is great. I will surely bring it up this semester. By that what class you taking.
