<p>i heard that last year, right before decisions were released, the website said the same message about technical updates!
I bet decisions will be released by 12 PM!</p>

<p>Ok I'm awake...I getting the same "Technical" message...told ya so it was today :D It will take atleast 15 minutes to post 40000 decisions if they even have a fast server.</p>

<p>well, it's just annoying and sad in a way that these ppl are spending so much time on a site that really has very little to do with their own personal life. I appreciate the wisdom they can provide, but I just think they should be doing other things than go on CC everyday and write posts.</p>
