^ Omg!! Lucky!!

byan, you DO? i'm jealous. i really would like to ditch, but, alas, my french teacher has decided it's in her best interst to mark me down for being 'sick'. or even really being sick.

i'm worried about the servers backing up at 2pm. I bet it will take forever to log on

March 31st, 2008
We're just gettin' started

That and I have wayyy too much homework left to do and something about the next four years of my life being decided this afternoon is kinda getting in the way of me finishing anything.

I kind of really want to not go to school tomorrow. Because tomorrow I'll know for sure where I'm going to college. And even though I don't get my mail etc till 3, I think school should be optional

Go to school, it will distract you, trust me. I did not want to go on the day of my ED, but I did and I am glad I did.

Because it was a nice reward to get your acceptance in the mail, or it made the sting of rejection hurt less?

i'm home from school right now - i actually did wake up with a fever and sore throat and headache. i would have rather gone to school and had track til five fifteen and come home to check, and actually DO something all day, than sit in bed and read every CC post ever madeeee

I agree trackie- I'm home from school on easter vacation and I can predict that this will be a very unproductive day: refreshing the online decision page, reading CC, and waiting by the fax machine for my school to send me my letters!

Haha, its almost 4 in the morning and I haven't slept yet. I don't know if it's my excitement/nerves keeping me up or me trying to do some work. Spring break has officially ended for me and I'm not lovin it.

7 more hours for Ivy decisions! Woooo the pressure in ON!

Haha, reverted. It's nearly 11pm for me, and I'm glad that I get to sleep away the last few hours until I find out. I would get up at 5am to see my Yale decision, but I did that for EA and I got deferred, so I'm not gonna get my hopes up again. lol

I'm at work today...It's 9:01 AM and decisions should be coming at 2 PM (Pacific time).

Since Yale didn't specify a time, I keep coming on CC to see when it comes out.

I'm so scared. I really am. :[

It's 9 AM in California...I ditched school too!

Haha, but mainly to go prom dress shopping. Hopefully some retail therapy will help lessen the two rejections (Harvard/Columbia...HA!) I'm getting around 2PM!

Yale should be 5pm. That's when EA decisions came out at least.

(Unless I've lost my mind with all the stuff going on, which is quite likely, and it was 6. I know it was 6am my time, but I think that was when the time change was different...)

EDIT: 5pm Eastern Time, sorry if I confused any of you CA folks!

5PM EST is 2 PM our time.

Thanks! :]

I wonder what order I should check things or if it really matters. Just so scared. I should get lunch right before then so iono...if I'm really sad, I can just eat and leave work to go to the beach and wallow in my pain. Lol. Gosh....so scared. I'm probably going to be writing in this topic every 10 minutes.

Good luck, HandsAcrossTime! I definitely know how you feel. What schools are you waiting for besides Yale?

well i went to the doctor to pass the time! strep throat and a sinus infection... this is my year to be sick. i had mono awhile back.

Thanks, Star_girl. Other than Yale, Brown, Tufts, and Pton. Might be one more, but my brain is just...dead right now.

Hope you get better trekie! Or, at least get some fantastic news today.

Actually, the countdown should be to April 1. (also considering ppl overseas :))
