<p>Reflection: Even though I didn’t have many leadership positions at school, my work experience and leadership there made up for it. Also, I’m really committed to my activities, so I think that really helped. I did join other clubs briefly, but I didn’t list those on my application because they didn’t really add much except look like a filler.
Strengths: My commitment to my activities, and also I tried to show that I was well-rounded
