<p>Elizabeth, I am so, so sorry.</p>

<p>You've been awesome in the past few months, and frankly, Dartmouth has no idea what it's missing. I've had my share of rejections (for various things) and I know it's absolute hell going over and over in your head what you did wrong, what one thing you could have changed, what EC's other people had you didn't etc. I just know you'll find a better school- one that fits you so much better. (And someday, when you're on the board of directors hiring me for a job, I hope you'll remember how much rejection sucks!) Please know that I'm thinking of you and everyone else disappointed with their news.</p>

<p>Accepted!!!!! (Actually, I am getting an error message about the actual acceptance but they posted my financial aid, so I am assuming I got in!)</p>

<p>OH MY GOD I AM SO HAPPY!!!! AND THE FINANCIAL AID IS BEAUTIFUL (cheaper than my state school!!!)</p>

I was 1450/Puerto Rican :( waitlisted</p>
