So the October SAT date will be on the 6th, which is also an official day off in my country, Egypt, celebrating the victory in the 6th of October war.
My question is, will the SAT date be delayed because of that ?
It will be very hard for me to reach the test center, which is very far away from my house, because most buses and taxis won't be working.
So do you think they will delay it as this might cause problems for some students trying to attend the test.
Is there an email through which I can contact CollegeBoard and inform them of this situation and inquire about this issue ?

You should contact the center in Egypt where you are going to take SAT and ask them.
