esgee how did you find this out??
And ahhhh, that makes me really nervous…

I called the admissions office today asking whether they had received all my materials and the person working there told me that if I hadn’t been contacted about it, it was fine since they finished reviewing applications last week.

how did they do it so fast??! they got like 6200 applications!!! lol

^I have no idea! I was shocked too.

Haha, it actually feels cool knowing they’ve already read my application.

20 more days to go…!

wow. im gonna die… that is crazy. I hope they didnt spend like 2 minutes on one app. I sent alot of extra stuff. I hope they got it in time for deliberation. If they already decided, why don’t they let us know early!!! ahh this is killer

phew! thank god that is completely untrue. I just called and was told that they are still in the process

Aaah, maybe they just reviewed them for completeness then.

^^Phew, okay…maybe heyjude was right, perhaps the woman was simply talking about reviewing that all the materials were present.

LOL not one Alabamian

20 more days!!! I don’t know about you guys but I am sick to my stomach with fear of getting rejected!!! I wish everyone luck and hopefully we’ll all have good news to share soon. :)

im surprised to not see a lot of MA ppl on this list…MA competition for schools is like rediculous because we have all those “prestigious” boarding schools

remember, CC isn’t representative of all the applicants in the country.

I wonder if being from the south helps in any way. Hm…

i heard gtown doesnt like kids from the south. that might be a complete myth, though. i thought more people from the south applied than from the north, anyways.

i only have to wait 5 more days because then the tennis coach will tell me if im in…yay!

i think we are all sending you hate vibes right now.
good luck, though. :)

^^^Wow, so if we go on last year’s acceptance rates, only 6 out of the 32 that have applied on CC so far will get in.I know that CC probably has a much higher success rate than the general applicant pool, but it’s still incredibly scary!

I’d like to know who on this forum ends up getting in and compare the general acceptance rate to the College Confidential acceptance rate, that’d be pretty interesting.
