for the spider thing I put the one that talked about body temperature and creating silk. I know it said it was 80 degrees but human body temp is 97.6 (thanks to those extra gum commercials " a cool 98.6...") so the reader doesnt know if it can create at higher temp. Also, the answer choices for the los angelese one was like "she was neutral" and something else. I believe I put the last one down.

yeah its not a lawn mower... i put neatly folded shadow

thats wat i got, jimmu

good. it was saying how she was a lawn mower and graded papers or something...weird passage.

dumbstruck did you mean me?

It talked about it being at the spiders body temp though. Near the end of the 2nd column, 2nd to last paragraph.

I put neatly folded shadow as well. what los angeles question are you talking about? i dont remember it for some reason

na, it was abt the spider question.

there was a question on the passage about the twins like what does "we" refer to? I said "all people" any1 else?

i put all people as well

los angeles was the one with the father and boy and them listening to jazz etc etc. Los angeles was the city it took place

i put "all ppl"

wat did u guys put for the turtle question?

people in general.

i put "people in general"... was that the same answer as all people

i think i put the turtle showed how one thing could take different identities. what did you put for what the author would most agree with in the twin passage? the choice were like a singer being anything but a singer, a human being a turtle, etc...

i thought it was all twins... Cause the whole passage about her and her twin and how she was distinguishing herself

put all people as well. turtle question had some funny answers..! answer was diff. identities or something like that

yeah i said different identities for turtle and singer-singer

i put identity and the singer being only a singer.

Oh...what was his fathers view of the singer person. Was it old fashioned or soemthing?
