<p>Hopefuldove--Congrats! You have to visit to get a feel for differences. Personally, I wanted S to go to Caltech for undergrad; he began research first term, did SURF, extracurricular stuff. Being in smaller school can be enormously advantageous. Either way, all of S's friends are happy, whether at Calech or MIT</p>
