<p>My son had a friend get accepted as a transfer student two weeks ago. I do not believe there is any connection between transfer acceptances and deferred or RD Freshman decisions.</p>

<p>i remember that i got my email that i was deferred around 5:15 Michigan time in december…so there still might be hope. i dont know…i don’t think it’ll be today though .</p>

<p>I got deferred as well. Outwardly, I say there’s no point in worrying as it won’t do me any good but secretly I’m dying. I’ve now been accepted to every school I applied to except U of M. I’m an in-state student and since I got deferred my ACT went up by 2 so I’m feeling decently good.</p>
