When 6:00 p.m. rolls around, feel free to post your decision, stats, ECs, and whatever else using the following template (removing all spaces within the brackets, of course):

I’m sorry if this comes off as snooty, but I don’t really see your reasoning in wanting people to post their stats once more. I mean, most people already shared those if they wanted to early when they wanted others to “chance them.” Why does it matter about our ACT scores if we already are accepted? I feel that after the ED decisions come out, they should be the end of the statistics. If you get in, just be happy. If you want, just write that you got in. I personally don’t understand for bringing up GPA and basically your college resume once again.

ashleypatricia, your analysis doesn’t come off as “snooty,” just a little bit ignorant. The purpose of this thread and the many like it on CC’s other college-specific forums is not to provide an outlet for oneupsmanship or bragging or moping. Rather, threads such as these are meant to help members of future classes (in this case, 2015 and onward) get a gauge on what it took in years past to get in without having to wade through the pages and pages of “Chance Me” threads–which don’t even tell whether the OP was admitted, rejected, or deferred–that you mentioned.

Again, the posting of decisions and stats is not for me; it’s for younger CCers who are looking for a truly objective evaluation of their chances. And if you weren’t already aware, NO ONE CAN FORCE YOU TO POST IF YOU DON’T WANT TO!

These threads are extremely helpful, all I did Junior year was analyze results threads and try to match stats. Whoever wants to post their decision will, good luck to everyone! I will definitely help out by posting my stats even If I get rejected!
