University of Georgia: News & Information

News release about EA decisions at UGA. Mean GPA of applicants offered admission was 3.92 and the mean SAT was 1322.

Hmm. Not that I'm not thankful, but I wonder how I got in. All of the accepted student's stats seem to be much higher than mine. I took the ACT, got a 29, but my GPA was crap compared to that 3.92 avg. Ah well.

How do you guys know UGA's GPA?

Accepted
OOS
3.45 GPA 6 APs
660 CR 600M
1260 SATS

Brownboi...whats up with that?did u have any discipline problems on ur record?sorry to ask that but ur record looks good!

crisoliva, I posted the link to the news release on UGA's site in post 53, two above yours.

I think he got deferred so UGA can flog their admissions scores. He has a great record for someone who took nothing but AP courses. I bet if he had over a 3.5, he'd have gotten in.

No MC610, i mean how can i calculate my GPA according to UGA's way?
