Official ED Applicants 2014

December 15 is coming in T-2 hours and 4 minute
Good Luck everybody

how realistic is it to say that we’ll know at midnight??

ive got my money on sometime between noon and 6pm

awwwww, please don’t say that  where are the people who think it’ll come out tonight? btw, what are everyone’s act scores? I’m curious what most people applying ed this year scored

My ACT was a 29, but I did really well on my SAT Subject Tests…

so far of the people i’ve talked to, there’s 2-29’s , 1-28, 1-31, and 1-34

no ACT. 2320(1600/1600) SAT though. Not being top 10% should balance that out! :)

Oh, that’s cool.

I was also born in Germany and my parents are from Bosnia.

I got a 29, that’s the part of my app that I was really worried about

I’m in top 5%, and did really good on the math section of SAT and my 3 Subject Test…hopefully that counteracts my 580 reading score…

I got a 32 composite
34 - english
33-math
32- reading
29 - science

Is it true that they care more about the English and math than the Reading and Science portions? or is it just a holistic composite score viewing?

i only took sat (:
2340.

i got a 31, with
35 english
31 reading
30 math
29 science
also i didn’t submit subject tests

I think they care most about the subject that most represents the major you want to study…?

well, i’m strong english on my act, and i took calculus 2 at the university of tulsa this year and got an A in the course, so would those apply to cognitive sciences?

@autofossil
i can’t see them considering the science section the same as math. but, i guess it would come down to what school you applied to

Only SAT, Math 800 CR 740

i scored a 30, it was really weird (33E 34M 26R 25S). i ran out of time for that last two sections. i scored a 2020 on the SAT (1410/1600). im banking on the rest of my application to get me in.

Wow, well all you guys scored higher than me. I’m banking on diversity!! lol.

Chem-630 (but am in AP Chem this year)
Math 1-780
Math 2-730

Hey guys,

I hope you all receive good news very soon! I applied ED last year and I remember the extreme anxiety I experienced. Not that it really matters, but I believe I found out about my acceptance through Esther around 10 pm on 12/13, and received the e-mail at 9 am on 12/14 (although the letter was dated 12/15). Good luck to all! =]
