I had UW GPA of 3.44; W GPA of 5.00, SAT scores of 800/750/680 (2230) and an essay about death metal. Ill see you guys there next year.

I had a UW GPA of 3.64 (Not sure about W). SAT was M800/CR710/W710, essay about how feeding the homeless impacted me and my desire to help those around me in my career, mostly through my interest in Biology, and its applications in philanthropy–which are numerous, such as medicine, cellular research, etc… Like 5 ECs, two of them with officer positions (NHS as Parliamentarian, and Forensics as Co-Captain). This is in addition to my previous “I got in!” post.

In :)))))))))))))))))))

i got in!!! funny story actually…
i was checking my school email account and i had no email from jhu by 6:09. i was starting to get upset because i had friends texting me that they got into hopkins. then randomly, i decided to check my personal email account (which i never use and don’t believe i put on the common app) and THERE WAS MY ACCEPTANCE LETTER!!!

PHEW!

Very different from chance threads… the posts actually infer something – although I am never sure quite what. But at least it’s coming from the people whose opinions actually count – Admissions. So. Keep the news coming.

Congrats to those who were accepted and cont Good Luck to those deferred and to those rejected, don’t take it personally.

Congrats to all those accepted!
