Why you think you were accepted/deferred/rejected: I think I was a well rounded student who came from a very different background than many other students. I was also invited on the Fall Weekend Program there and I fell in love with CMC. I think they really got to know me when I was there back in November.
Where else were you accepted/deferred/rejected:
Accepted to Trinity Uni, Southwestern Uni, UT, Whittier College, Chapman Uni, Loyola Marymount Uni,
General Comments:
I absolutely love CMC and I can’t wait to spend my next four years there!

@HSAnon1997‌ @oregonottoman‌
This is where I go to school so the class rankings thing isn’t that telling:
http://www.businessinsider.com/smartest-private-high-schools-in-the-us-2015-3#3-harvard-westlake-school–los-angeles-california-48

and to be frank, I am certainly not perfect but legitimately my classmates did cannibalize my chances at CMC. to call me immature/bitter is off the mark, although angry and venting might be more accurate. I don’t blame you for your lack of understanding; I was incredibly blessed with the chance to go to a school whose deans (college counselors and personal advisors) are on first name basis with admissions reps. My dean personally contacted the CMC rep and was told that had there not been two scholarship athletes from my school, I would’ve been an accept. I was upset and I don’t regret what I said, but considering I’ve now been admitted to a slew of other places including Wash U in St. Louis, Davidson, William and Mary and several other places, it’s fair to say that I had reasonable expectations to at least be a viable candidate. Nevertheless it’s a moot point. But please don’t make stretch assumptions based on one angry CC post. It’s not a smart way to judge people.

@gpecheck1‌ More respect for you. GL in the future
