since ED2 decisions are less than a month away and i’m sure everyone is as nervous as I am I figured i’d start this thread

I applied to the Columbian College of Arts and Science ED2, for the premed track.
I chose (undeclared) for my alternate choice in the School of Engineering and Applied Science

I applied ED II as well, to the CCAS. I’m really nervous! What are the chances?
Last year, GW accepted 64% of their early decision applicants. This was the effect of moving to the Common Application in 2013, which (according to them) resulted in a better applicant pool. Let’s hope the ED admission rate will be high this year as well!

I applied to Elliot! Last year applicants found out on the first Friday in February so I bet it will be the 6th this year!! Agh I’m so nervous!!!

My school doesn’t give GPAs but does comparatives instead. My transcripts freshman and sophomore year were very bad (explained grade dip in my application), B student in junior year and almost all As senior year first semester.
Transferred into my current school late so couldn’t qualify for any APs, but jumped 2 levels in French and am now in honors.
I’m diverse?
Only 2 school related extra curriculars but big EC focus outside of school.

I hope that they take into account other stuff over grades too for me at least. But it looks like U have a good shot!

On another note does anyone know when the decisions come out? I heard feb 1st but I doubt that’s right
Someone mentioned something about the first Friday of the month , so in this case the 6th, but I am not sure if that is correct. Hopefully we get an email soon !

Last year they found out the first fri in feb so I’m hoping it’s then or sooner… No later!!
Can someone call the admissions office and ask what date we’ll be hearing back?
They just tweeted the other day that there was no date so I doubt they’ll tell you if you call
Anyone else getting super anxious?? I wonder if their acceptance rate is as high as last year
