***Official Emory ED1 Class of 2018 Results Thread***

I’ve met her twice, too. Once in Atlanta and then once in Westchester (worst 30 min drive of my life). She’s super nice.

Are you guys brothers?

lol clearly a ■■■■■/friend of mine from school.

I’m another ED1 applicant from NJ! Can’t wait until Dec. 15!!

I was gonna say seems like we’d be on a pretty stacked track team tyrtle

Good luck to everyone. I’m applying as a transfer student for Spring 2014. Haven’t heard anything yet, so I’m assuming it’s the 15th as well.

@Captain64- I think transfer applicant recieve thier decision slightly later. This is a reply an admission counselor posted to the same question on the blog:

@Phuong Do – Spring 2014 transfer admission decisions will be released during the week of December 16. No specific release date has been selected yet.

Good luck to all other ED1 applicants! I’m from TX, which wan’t one of the states the school received many applicants from apparently. Hope that boosts my chances in thier effort to gain “diversity.”

Can you give me the link to that discussion? I’d appreciate it. It says early December on the admissions website, but that is awfully late.

@Captain64- Sure, it is following: [A Sneak Peek at Early Decision I | Inside Emory Admission](http://blog.emoryadmission.com/blog/2013/12/04/ed1_peak/#comments)

By the way, I am skeptical that we will receive our decision before December 15 as has been speculated. This from the admission website:

“High school students who met the first Early Decision application deadline will hear results Dec. 15. The second deadline for Early Decision applications is Jan. 1, 2014 with results released Feb. 15, 2014.”

Those seem like pretty definitive dates. But I’d love to know earlier!

Thank you.

I live in La Canada (kind of a small town near Pasadena/Glendale area). What about you, soccerforme?

They should come via OPUS

I’m going to bump to keep this at the top.

I’m in Orange County :)

Friday December 13th, 6:00pm ET

I can confirm I read that too on a blog they will be coming out this Friday… wow

holy crap…anxiousness x100000^infinity right now

Are you sure they will be coming out this Friday? Where did you read that???

On the admissions blog

Is anyone applying from Pennsylvania? Or any state that Ms. Jerman - admission counselor - covers (including Delaware, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia)??
