Hello everyone. Emory has always been my top choice and I just want to start this thread so we can talk and encourage each other who can be our potential classmates at Emory.

Good luck to everyone!

I’m apply to Emory as a fall transfer as well! Let’s get this thread going. What are everyone stats?
So I guess not a lot of people are planning to transfer to Emory?
Now that the application is almost two weeks behind us and the regular decisions are out, it appears it’s now our time.
Has anyone heard any decision dates beyond the rather ambiguous “end of April”?
Can anyone look at my thread and tell me more about my chances? It would be greatly appreciated.
10 Days probably until the decision!
I wish they gave a specific date, Im going to give admissions a call to see
The end of April is way too vague. Did you get the answer? @Masterchief97
@Moooon : I wound up emailing them some time ago asking about that and was told April 30th, with no chance of it being before then. The representative said that this gives the admissions people about three weeks to look at all the applications, which implies they don’t even come around to us until all of the regular decisions have been made.
@Moooon Nice seeing you again! You also apply to Emory?
Okay then. I won’t keep checking the status until April 30, lol. Thanks for your information. @Halicarnassus
@puncherkid Haha~
Yep. I also apply to Emory and several other schools. Best luck!

Your GPA is fine, and you do stuff, so you should have a solid shot (actually, you should flat out get in). Your SAT actually puts you in/near the interquartile range, so that isn’t a problem. It is lower than the freshman that is normally accepted, but is close to the bottom part of the quartile of the students Emory yields, so is pretty good I guess. Your SAT won’t be holding you back because you fit the profile of an Emory student.
@bernie12 thank u:)~
Can anyone chance me too? Btw i am applying as a rising junior. My stats are on the previous page
Does anyone know the exact decision date? All I can find is “late april.”
April 30th
