<p>Hey guys! We should be hearing back from Bentley University this Friday! Fingers crossed! Is anyone as excited as I am? I really hope I get in because this is my number one school!</p>

Recommendation Letters: Three rec letters sent. One from Business Law Professor, One from Chair of Economics at school(micro professor), and one from summer internship at a pharmaceutical marketing firm

<p>Why you want to transfer/transfer to Bentley: Great school, and I love that they have a focus on business. I want to become CFO one day, and I think Bentley can help take me there.</p>

<p>My application was complete in early March, but I haven’t heard yet. I’m pretty nervous. Anybody else hear?</p>

I think that you have a really great chance on getting in. I too had an interview that went really well.</p>

<p>I attended Purdue last year, but due to the fact that I didn’t do too hot in school and because of some trouble I got into, I decided to withdraw myself. First semester I had a 2.7, and second semester, due to the fact that my pledge brother and grandmother passed away in the same week, I really struggled with school after missing so many classes and ended up with a 2.3.</p>

<p>I decided to reassess my life, change what I was doing, take a stronger action towards my education, and find out what I really wanted to do. This year I studied at Massbay Community College. First semester I had a 4.0 and this semester I currently(midterm) have a 3.8. It will average out to about a 3.4. I have found my passion in finance and accounting. </p>

<p>Bentley and Babson are both my top choices, and I really don’t know which one I would choose if I got into both.</p>

<p>tjamesc - Thanks man, I hope we both get in! Mine was complete March 24, 2011 but everything prior to my midterm was complete by March 7, 2011!</p>

<p>Both Bentley and Babson have stellar business programs - you won’t go wrong choosing Bentley or Babson. UW-Madison also has a stellar business program; definitely look into it some more. </p>

<p>BU has become sort of a safety compared to other Boston schools. Not saying it’s bad, rather, other schools are just re-adjusting their curriculum to better suit students. I’m sure you’ll get into at LEAST one of those schools, if not all. </p>

<p>I am also waiting, since April 1st. </p>

<p>I have a 3.4 from one of the UMass schools. An internship and some volunteer work. Abysmal HS/SATs. Current sophomore. </p>

<p>My interview went well but overall I don’t think my chances are great. I was recently accepted at my 1st choice though so I am not too invested on the admissions decision.</p>

<p>I got accepted. I’m from a SUNY school. Applied with a 3.4-3.5. I work part time while in school and have volunteer experience as well.</p>

<p>Wow, congrats! Which school? Also, what was your midterm grade like? I applied with a 3.12 and my midterm was a 3.6</p>

<p>same here… As much as I would love to go to Bentley, I cant wait till the beginning of August for a decision. Im going to UW-Madison. Theyre business schools is ranked very high, even better than bentley’s. Good luck, hope your get in</p>
