So decisions are not released at the same time for all transfer applicants? like rolling admissions?

@jimbo719 I’d say you have a good shot. Your stats certainly qualify you to be considered, but it’s so hard to say. I would say it will probably depend on your essays and a little bit of luck. Good luck!!

@Grinver Yep, exactly. Pretty annoying haha

Just faxed my Mid-term report and still waiting for my ID.

@Chris1992.
I am not Jewish. Matisyahu is a singer.

Look up Matisyahu “One Day” on youtube.
You will not regret it.

Jimbo719 - I think have a good shot my friend.

I have a question though - have you taken both micro and macro economics?
And does ILR prefer Calculus or Statistics.

I’m applying to CAS but I’m just wondering.

the wait is killin meeee…i made a few stupid grammar mistakes on my essays…hopefully they wont kill me…

@shadglore - wait, what’d they say about the self service website?

haha @Matisyahu, i love the singer. one of my friends has met him multiple times at concerts and got me into his music a while ago. i just figured theres a chance you’re jewish based on your username.

not sure if you guys have heard this, but if you’re familiar with the cornell campus and things around there you might like this. its by the cayuga waiters- cornell’s very famous a cappella group.

@something12345 Well,I am an intl student currently studying in the US so I had to request my high school back home in Ghana to mail my transcripts to Cornell directly. According to my counselor, this was done early December last year, but still wasn’t showing on my application status as received. I therefore, followed up today and was told by HuMec Admissions that, at the moment, they cant check my status for me,because the web self service was down at the moment and I should therefore check back in a few weeks time.

Oh wow ok, thanks for the reply! Good luck

My body is a cage,
That keeps me from dancing with the one I love,
But my mind holds the key.

Can the instructor evaluation be filled out by my high school teacher? My college classes are large, and I barely got to have any one-on-one communication with my college professor other than in-class participation. Plus, I would feel much more comfortable with a letter coming from a teacher who knew me very well.

I’m confused… the deadline was last week, how could you just be asking for a letter now?

Well, I applied as a freshman, but all of the sudden was changed to transfer (about yesterday), so they gave me extra time to send the letter (although I had already sent the high school teacher’s evaluations). If I do not really need one from a college instructor, then I don’t need to send any more letters.

Hey I’m new to CC, but since I’m applying as a transfer to Cornell I thought I’d join. Checked the website today and all my materials have been received and sent to review! Here are my stats if anyone can chance me it would be greatly appreciated.
