<p>I am applying to CALS as a biological sciences major. I haven’t been able to log into housing until this morning. Now it lets me go all the way through to the application!!! Should I be receiving an email soon? Is it still possible that I actually wasn’t accepted?</p>
<p>@collegekid793 Although its not a guarantee, being able to log into housing is a strong, strong indicator that you have been accepted. If so, congratulations!</p>

<p>Called Ian today, after the email yesterday, half fearful that he would ask me questions on my application, half secretly hopeful that it was an acceptance. It was 
ILR Class of 2015!
Also, Ian said that they had their first committee meeting yesterday. They will have many more committee meetings later this week and next week. So, this is the first batch of acceptances. Congratulations to those accepted! Good Luck to all!</p>

<p>@Vitakka, if I dont get in im gonna write a big long letter to Cornell about what mistake they mad and how I dont need them, then im going to write them a letter hysterically begging for admission which im sure will be followed by a restraining notice from Cornell lol</p>
<p>Just kidding but I will be really sad. I’ll probably attend either maryland university or george washington and do an internship at the smithsonian. How about you?</p>

<p>Cornell is the last school I have to hear from. If I don’t get in I’ll be going to URochester for biochem. Their transfer acceptance rate is ~20%, about the same as CALS, so hopefully I’ll be alright!</p>
<p>GWU and UM are still great schools though dude/dudette, I wouldn’t be too sad to go there if I were you haha.</p>
<p>Is there a Facebook group for new students? It would be great if we could get together once school starts and reflect on this process.</p>

<p>my sister called me this morning to let me know that my ILR acceptance letter came. </p>
<p>gunna have to drive home to retreive it and bring it to my high school to show the teachers who always had my back and believed in me :)</p>
