Anyone got notified for AEM major?

I’m starting to get really anxious even more after reading cornell AEM has reached to be #3 best business school, which probably makes them to be harder to get in…
:(

We shouldn’t be able to 1. confirm the housing myth/truth yet and 2. get upset yet. because this is the BEGINNING of the notification cycle. No one is rejected yet so everything is still open!

@coquetm

I havent been able to yet… I dont know about anyone else did you also apply for engineering?

Accepted into AEM!. words can’t describe my excitement. Has any accepted students received their financial aid results yet?. I have only filed the FAFSA application. Is the CSS profile required? any help would be greatly appreciated. see you all at Cornell!

so woke up at 8 to a missed call from an ‘unavailable’ number…i was alerted…anywho i was at scool and my dad said i got letter, but i didnt want him to open it…30 minutes later i get a call from ian saying i have been admitted

I don’t want to bother them/it be a bad news…but at the same time this is killing me!!! LOL

@youngjeeze congrats!guess u r very excited now! :-)

I was accepted today by letter to CALS (AEM).
I am an international student and just realized that I had to apply for financial aid by March 1st. For some reason I thought you did that after you were accepted… am I totally screwed?

Hey Transfers!

Did you know that Outdoor Odyssey, Cornell’s largest pre-orientation organization, also offers trips for transfers?

Check out our trip offerings, especially if you want a smooth transition into a new college experience with others going through your same situation and with outdoor guides who have been there before.

@jerich @youngjeezy @jasmine…Congrats!!! Hahaha…this is the best thread ever! Those who haven’t heard back; relax,your acceptance letter is on the way!! Everybody’s gonna get in!
@jasmine…I don’t know much…but financial aid is very limited for us(international students)…I know someone who had an EFC of 0 last year, was accepted but couldn’t attend because he was given no aid…So u see where I’m getting? Not applying by the March 1 deadline even worsens your plight
…But i would encourage you to go ahead and call Financial Aid.

I thought so
I don’t know why I just thought you applied after you got accepted… god I am an idiot.

Idiots don’t get accepted. I wouldn’t worry 'bout it. Just apply ASAP. (Don’t even reply to this, go apply haha).
