Mechanical Engineering major here. I hate how we have to wait longer than just about anyone else to find out, but I guess the process is much more complicated in terms of course evaluation and professorial involvement on applications.

@haeji93 Thank you for reassuring me. I needed that! To all acceptees: I extend my sincerest congratulations to you! To those still waiting like me: just breathe. que sera, sera. We’ve done all we can and now the ball is in their court :)

Just got the official email from Cornell after being able to log into housing for the last two days! ACCEPTED to CALS as a biological sciences major, although I have to take bio I and II over the summer as well as english composition II…

Yeah i understand the time needed for the applications, but the waiting game still sucks…I am a chemical engineering major. My stuff was submitted 2/25 but the application was only sent to review like two weeks ago. We should get the engineers out of hiding in this thread! (not that hearing from the other majors isn’t good of course) I’m guessing this housing trick won’t work for us though…we’re gonna have to wait

Stupid question…
I applied to CALS - AEM and online it says that decisions start in mid April on a rolling basis. If I didn’t get my midterm report in until March 21st and my last name starts with “W” is it safe to assume that I will be waiting for quite some time?

im also a chem engineering major and an international student but i have a questios i still have my fin aid materials in my to do list but im a 100% sure i sent them does that mean they didnt recieve them and im screwed?
