<p>I’m sure you will all hear soon. As it was said earlier, we’re on here because we really really want this… that means, our dedication and persistence was most likely attested to by the meticulously compiled applications we submitted. You’re all brilliant, hard-working individuals, and WHEN you get in to Cornell, you’ll work your ass off and reflect back to these says and think “thank God that’s over!” Good luck guys- I love checking back to see who’s gotten their calls/emails/letters. <p>Have you guys noticed there are 1400 posts in this thread? Wow! AND if you look at the Ivy League section for threads, Cornell has the MOST posts of all the Ivy League institutions.</p>
<p>It’s the biggest Ivy Leauge university, so it’s no surprise. Perhaps # of posts per 1000 applicants would be a better measure.</p>

<p>Got a letter in the mail a few days ago and I was accepted to the Department of Design and Environmental Analysis (DEA) with a concentration in Interior Design!</p>

<p>BTW, has any ILR applicat called admissions within the last week. I called and the lady (very nice) informed me my application was “still under review” and I should “hear a decision within the next 2 weeks.” Doesn’t sound good… biting nails here</p>
<p>@fly I did the same and was told the same. But, I didn’t mention my name so I think she is just telling everyone that. I mean about decisions being 2 weeks away.</p>
<p>@Fly, I think that’s a pretty standard answer she gave you. I read through the Fall 2011 thread and the rejections came out via snail mail in MAY. Hopefully we hear back this week!!</p>

<p>Yep. By last years thread it seems that this week would be do or die, no? Good luck to you all. At first I wasn’t sure if I was going to move to Ithaca. Now, I had a major change in my life that would allow me to come up there. Cornell has moved from my fairly unrealistic #3 choice to my absolute #1. I love the curriculum ILR has to offer. I just wish I could redo my essay. It wasn’t horrible but idk. Good luck to you guys. If I move up there I won’t be applying for housing… I have a dog. So brews at my place!!! (I’m assuming everyones of age? lol)</p>
